Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is super modern and practical, close to lots of great local restaurants, but the rooms are very small. It can get noisy at night around 11 pm when people from upstairs start making noise. In general, everything is fine except for the small room size.
The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city center, making it easy to access facilities and enjoy a variety of dining options. The rooms are spacious enough for 4 adults with 2 large double beds, clean, and met my expectations for a budget stay. However, the morning noise can be bothersome, and some aspects of the service seem somewhat disorganized.
The hotel provided clean and fresh-feeling rooms, though a bit small without a window considering the price paid. The service was a mix of helpfulness and some bluntness, with 24/7 availability. The location exceeded expectations with easy access to various attractions, alongside some minor inconveniences. The dining experience offered unique options in a heritage setting, with convenient access to public transportation. Overall, a decent value for the price paid.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were kept simple and very clean but lacked a window, had mold, and the air conditioning was awful. They should have been priced lower compared to those with windows and were on the smallish side. However, the service was excellent, particularly thanks to the very helpful and friendly staff members like Jeffrey, Nisa, and Kaylee, who were friendly, professional, and always reliable. The location exceeded my expectations with several food courts, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, though it was a bit confusing for taxi drivers due to another venue nearby, and the lift was not functioning when we arrived.
The hotel offers modern, clean, and comfortable rooms with great facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with honesty from one staff member. The location exceeded expectations, with convenient access to dining options and transportation. Despite minor hiccups, the overall value for money was satisfactory.
The hotel is situated in a bustling area with easy access to shops and eateries, making it a convenient choice for travelers wanting an authentic city experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, ideal for accommodating multiple guests, although the lack of windows can lead to some stuffiness. The service is friendly, with staff readily assisting guests with extra amenities, despite occasional noise disturbances. The heritage dining options are impressive, offering a taste of Singapore's culinary history within the hotel premises, although some may wish for more variety. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money and a great base for exploring Singapore.
The hotel is situated in a cozy location but a bit far from the MRT. The service was friendly and accommodating, although I had to change rooms unexpectedly. Finding halal food nearby might be a challenge, but the accessibility to public transport is convenient.
